"Before ZILO™ engaged with Rockstar AV, we had started the process of speaking with a large AV reseller about our bespoke media wall requirement. Weeks had passed with little or no engagement, so we decided to start looking for another supplier who would help us deliver to our tight deadline.

We contacted Rockstar AV, off the back of receiving an introductory email, and from the first call it was obvious these guys were different. They understood the full requirement, we’re engaged from day one, and brought a level of care and interest that you do not find in traditional reseller channels.

It was clear that Rockstar had the experience and immediately put us in touch with a couple of furniture designers, who we worked with to outline the brief. Soon after the initial call we had received detailed drawings, and as the project requirements grew, so did Rockstar’s ability to accommodate the requests.

As the weeks progressed, we made a lot of changes to the design to improve the overall outcome, but the end result was only made possible due to the dedication of Rockstar AV and their talented team."
