Logitech have a number of Enterprise grade Corporate meeting room solutions covering nearly every meeting space scenario required.
Logitech is a major player in the Corporate meeting world due to having all in one cameras for different sizes of rooms, meeting room schedulers, occupancy sensors and USB-C extenders to charge the laptop at the table and enable BYOD.

Logitech’s entry level meeting room camera is the Meetup 2
Designed as a BYOD solution for smaller rooms. The Logitech Meetup 2 doesn’t have native Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. The Logitech Meetup 2 is designed to connect to a users laptop over USB-C.
Connect the Logitech Meetup 2 to a room based PC to add native Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Add a Logitech Tap IP to add additional room control.
The pickup range is stated as up to 7m, to provide optimal microphone pickup the Logitech Meetup 2 should be kept to smaller rooms, up to 4 - 5m in length. The Logitech Meetup 2 cannot have Logitech microphone pods added to increase the microphone pickup.
Rally Bar Huddle
The Logitech Rally Bar Huddle has the ability to join Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google meetings natively out of the box. Add a Logitech Tap IP to provide native connectivity to Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google meet.
Modifications include changeable front covers, bespoke front covers are available. Please ask for more information on this.
The Rally Bar Huddle camera has a 120° diagonal field of view which is better suited to smaller rooms, allowing seats to sit closer to the camera and display. There is a 4x HD digital Zoom.
The pickup range is stated as up to 7m, to provide optimal microphone pickup the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle should be kept to smaller rooms, up to 4 - 5m in length. The Rally Bar Huddle cannot have Logitech microphone pods added to increase the microphone pickup.

Secondary AI camera is used with Right Sight to automatically adjust and reframe to include people stepping in and out of the meeting room.
The AI viewfinder also has the ability to count meeting participants, track room occupancy – sending insights to a device management dashboard such as Logitech Sync shown below.

Logitech Rally Bar
The Logitech Rally Bar shares many of the same attributes as the smaller Rally Bar mini mentioned above but is designed for medium to large meeting rooms.
The Logitech Rally Bar features more powerful speakers and a much more powerful camera with 5x optical and 3x digital zoom, providing a 15x HD zoom.
Up to 4 additional Rally microphone pods can be added.
Supports up to 2 displays with 1080p.

Optimse the meeting experience for the far-end participants
Sight automatically picks up the Active Speaker in the room providing a better face on view for the remote particpants.

Logitech Rally Board 65
The Rally Board 65” is designed for the way you meet. It can be deployed with the camera positioned above or below the screen, ensuring standing or sitting the far end participants have the best view of the in-room meeting participants.
The display has an anti-glare & anti-fingerprint coating.
4K (3820 x 2160) resolution with IR-based touch display with 20 points of touch.
Camera has a 115° field of view suitable for close up usage. The Logitech Rally Board 65” has a second AI camera and with RightSight 2 provides multiple viewing modes.
Logitech RightSight and RightSight 2
RightSight uses the latest in deep learning technology running on the PC to detect meeting participants and perfectly frame them regardless if they are speaking, where they are looking, or if they are at the whiteboard and not looking towards the camera at all.
RightSight is supported on Logitech MeetUp 2, Rally, Rally Bar mini and Rally Bar.
Logitech Sync must be installed on the Room PC or macOS for RightSight to work. RightSight is also available via the Logitech RoomMate PC.
RightSight 2 is available on the Logitech Rally Bar Huddle, Logitech Rally Bar Mini, Logitech Rally Bar and Logitech MeetUp 2.
CollabOS first introduced in CollabOS 1.5 with CollabOS 1.8 including Grid View.
The Rally Bar Huddle does not have a secondary AI camera – it still has most of the RightSight 2 additional features such as Grid View, Group View and Speaker View.
Full RightSight 2 features are available on the Rally Bar mini and Rally Bar as both have the additional AI camera. The secondary camera constantly scans the room to identify and optimally frame individuals, including those who enter or move around the space.
Logitech Spot
The Logitech Spot is a presence and occupancy sensor with many features available when configured with Logitech Sync.
Pull environmental data and insights.
Automatically reserve a room when someone enters or automatically release a room if no occupants are detected or if a meeting ends early.
Logitech Spot collects data on Temperature, Humidity, Carbon Dioxide, Particulate matter and Air changes.
Logitech Meeting Room Management Platform – Logitech Sync
Logitech’s powerful Sync platform enables monitoring of Logitech Devices – to access Space Management Features the Logitech Essential Add-on is required. 24/7 Support can be added with the Logitech Select Add-on to enable 24/7 support directly with Logitech. Logitech Select includes a dedicated customer success manager and advanced device replacement from Logitech.
Sync Works alongside your service providers admin tool such as Microsoft Teams Admin Center, Zoom Device Management (ZDM).
Sync enables remote device configuration, monitoring and pushing of updates to meeting room devices.
The Sync platform provides Space Management with the Logitech Essential Add-on. Adding Logitech Essential provides monitoring of meeting spaces, delivering insights on room usage and showing room occupancy dashboards.
If Sync is connected to Logi Tune on everyone's computer, personal devices can be easily optimised including webcams, headsets and Logi Dock.
24/7 Support can be added to enable 24/7 support directly with Logitech, this will provide a dedicated customer success manager and advanced device replacement from Logitech.
Logitech Space Management Solutions
Room & Desk Booking.
Desk Booking is available via the Logi Tune app on both mobile & desktop.
Logi Dock Flex enhances the desk booking experience providing automatic check-ins from plugging in the laptop and personalised away messages. The 8” display clearly indicates which desk is free. See upcoming meetings and click to join calls. The USB-C connection provides power to a user's laptop.
The Logitech Room scheduler located outside of the meeting room changes colour when the room is available and booked.
Meeting room auto book and auto release can be setup to enhance the meeting room usage, keeping meeting space available for others. The Logitech Essential add-on is needed for this feature, the room auto book and room auto release requires the Logitech Rally Bar, Rally Bar Mini or Rally bar Huddle. Adding the Logitech Spot to a room will add these features.
Interactive Maps are available on Logi Tune, the Logitech Tap scheduling panel and larger displays using Logitech View. Logitech View requires a Logitech RoomMate with the Essential or Select add-on.

Logitech Scribe
Logitech Scribe is Logitech’s whiteboard camera.
The Logitech Scribe enables whiteboards to show on Microsoft Teams, Google Meet Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
Logitech Scribe uses AI to provide a transparency effect, allowing participants to see through the presenter. Providing a much better viewing experience for the remote participants.

Logitech Extend
Logitech Extend is for Logitech Android meeting room solutions only.
Enables BYOD via USB-C to launch a meeting from a laptop.
No additional software is required.
Extend up to 100m with Cat6a or up to 60m with Cat5e from the display to the table using the Logitech Extend Transmitter and Receiver boxes.
Provide power to the users laptop when a USB-C power adapter is added.

Logitech Swytch
Logitech Swytch adds BYOD to rooms using a PC or RoomMate device instead of Android.
USB-A or USB-C to the laptop.
Requires DisplayLink drivers.
Uses direct USB 3.0 from the Swytch Hub to Swytch extender. Limited to USB 3.0 cable length.

Logitech Mic Pod Hub
The Logitech Mic Pod Hub enables a cleaner room installation rather than daisy chaining 2x Logitech microphone pods where the connections between the cables make it difficult to install.
